There's something up with this so called 'friends' dad, mark my words.

According to the news, the older kids were screaming 'she's trying to kill us' and 'there's a baby, get the baby'. It never said that the mother attempted to help or mentioned another child in the car. Her lack of involvement in the rescue of her children make me seriously doubt that this was an accident.

Party City in Hiram is getting rid of their greeting card section and all of their cards except giant, jumbo cards and musical cards are $1.00. They have a great selection, we went today and got cards for every occasion I could think of. I spent $60.00 but I probably got $400.00 dollars worth of cards and I'm set for a long time.

I saw this on TV this morning and this snotty little chick needs to get a life and a job. I also find it very fishy that her best friends dad is encouraging this....there is more than meets the eye to this story on that front for sure. I feel terrible for these parents, but I have to wonder if they somehow cultivated her entitled attitude. If I were them, I wouldn't pay for a postage stamp to give to her. When he started at Moses, they sent home forms that he needed to sign as well as we did, but when you don't know what cursive letters are, that's hard to do. When I write his name, I use a capital cursive 'S' and we all know that they look nothing like a regular 'S'. How are you supposed to cultivate a signature, which you need throughout your life, if you don't know what the letters look like and how to connect them? CRAZY, CRAZY, CRAZY!!!

While your son may have this problem and I hope he these suggestions help, the fact that penmanship isn't taught in school is a factor that all parents have to deal with at one time or another. Like your son, middleschooler is intelligent, but his writing could be SOOOOO much better. It bothers me so much when he says, 'I can't read cursive' and so many things are written in cursive, it can be limiting. We've been teaching him cursive ourselves, but writing and actually signing your name shouldn't be the lost art it seems to have become. Good luck to you and your son!!

There used to be a place on East Paulding between 92 and the high school that did upholstery for boats, cars and they did headliners too. We've used them twice and I'm almost sure that they are still there. I'm going by this morning and I'll check it out for you and let you know.

Is there some kind of formula you can use to know when you've typed 350 words without counting the actual words? Say you use a 12 font size, how many pages would approx 350 words be? Am I even making any sense????????? Cause I'm thinkin'..........maybe not!!!!

I LOVE Aldi, but as many have stated, they are limited. I can shop for a week in about 20 minutes. The bill is almost always the same because I the same thing almost every time. Then I do go to Publix to buy what I can't get at Aldi and I save a ton of money. I can't wait for them to open at Crossroads, that's about 5 minutes from my house. WOOHOO!!! It will be so much better than having to go to the one Hiram.

Weeeeeeeell, they obviously knew his location when they took that picture, let him go, he committed another crime and they need our help????? WTH??????? Why not just keep him when they took the picture? How many criminals have only ONE mugshot I wonder? Probably not too many.
