  4. Someone can get the ball rolling with this information: COMPLAINT FORM: http://www.paulding.gov/DocumentCenter/View/99 INSTRUCTIONS ON FILING COMPLAINT WITH THE MARSHALL'S OFFICE: http://www.paulding.gov/DocumentCenter/View/95 SEARCH PROPERTY RECORDS: http://qpublic7.qpublic.net/ga_address.php?county=ga_Paulding PUT THIS IN THE GRAY BOX ALONG WITH A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE HAZARDS/CONDITIONS: 2003 Zoning Ordinance of Paulding County as amended (see page 29) Article 6. Sec. D. REMOVAL OF DESTROYED BUILDINGS. Any dwelling which is damaged beyond repair
  5. I don't know the answer to that question. My first thought was "people with handicap plates shouln't have to pay". My second thought was "why not?". I don't have an answer to that question either. Perhaps they could not take advantage of the free bus service due to a disability but does that mean they shouldn't pay in order to be in a spot that is accessible for a special event?
  6. Did a neighbor or any Paulding resident ever fill out these forms and file with the Marshal's office? I went by that house this weekend and it looks worse than ever. I can't file them.
  7. Also consider a personal articles policy. We insure a lot of instruments and related equipment that gets taken out of the house to various events. $6K worth of coverage for about $50 a year. It covers theft and damage in full with no deductible. Not sure if this applies to the type of things you want to insure but it is an alternative to ask about.
  8. Thanks for the update. I know Harrison high school in Cobb charges $5 for parking in the school lot. $2 at Allatoona sounds like a bargain! For Harrison games a free shuttle school bus is provided for those not wanting to pay. It leaves from the Burnt Hickory Baptist church parking lot and runs back and forth during the game and drops off and picks up very close to the stadium. Does Allatoona offer a shuttle bus service with another parking choice? If so, there should be no arguing with the volunteers in the parking lot collecting the fee.
  9. Do you have a link to GHSA information showing that parking fees are not allowed?
  10. http://paulding.com/forum/index.php?app=forums&module=extras&section=boardrules This is not intended to be confrontational. I'd like to know how the rules work. Does PCOM Rules #3 apply to your copying and pasting? I wondered if you consider PCOM a news outlet and whether news outlets follow different rules regarding copying, pasting, and linking. Thanks.

  12. Don't know when but there is a reference to it in the "Fiscal Year 2015 Tracking Sheet as signed by the Governor" on page 131 which indicates 20 year bonds in the amount of $1.19 million will provide for the design and construction of a Drivers Service Facility, Paulding County. http://www.house.ga.gov/budget/Documents/2015_FiscalYear/FY_2015_Tracking_Sheet_Gov_Signed.pdf
  13. The address may actually be 195 Dallas Road. The 214 came from the first post about the fire. It may be that the people at 214 called about the fire. I haven't been by lately to check if the mailbox lists a number. Will search tax records, GIS map, and other sources. 195 Dallas Road shows ownership by an estate. The 2013 tax bill shows zero due/zero paid as if it's been taken off the tax digest. Not sure. It is probably going to take a trip to the Paulding probate court to ask for estate/heir information to know who to contact/serve. I won't be doing that but perhaps a resi
  14. A house on Dallas Road (near Antioch Road) was destroyed by fire in December 2012. It is now almost 18 months later and the remains of the house still sit untouched. There is a huge hole in the roof, a car (unused) sits on the front lawn, and the weeds grow wildly in the summer all around the yard. It's an eyesore for passersby but certainly more of a nuisance and danger for the neighbors. Anyone have information on the status of this property? Note: Google Maps street view shows the "before" photo and Google Earth shows the "after" view. EDIT: Did not realize I was putting this
  15. If you care to share the address I will be happy to search. I love a good challenge and can often dig up and cross-refernce information such as you need.
