In a private conversation with my husband, I'm liable to say just about anything that comes to mind and I assure you that I could easily offend any number of people. Same with him. My daughter went 2 weeks after they opened and it was AWFUL! I actually posed the same question on here, but didn't elaborate one way or another. She was having back spasms so severely that they showed up on an xray. Anyway, she arrived at 10:15pm, was finally put in a room at 11:45pm and not a single person came back into the room until 2:50am. The halls were deserted ans we could get NO help. I feel lucky that our ins didn't change at all. Premium went up $17.00 a month, deductible is $250.00 per person or $750.00 per family, as always. My deductible has already been satisfied.
