Board of Commissioners Decide to Raise Tax Millage
winston1972 replied to kp527's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I know that and you know that but to admit it is a tax hike would bring unfair criticism to the current administration and we can't do that... WE just have to sit back and trust our elected officials to lower the millage rate if our property values go up (which by the way they determine, oops shouldn't point that out) -

I hope you are coming to the conclusion that I am that this site is operated by cronies of the current Administration and is patrolled by such to squash dissenting opinions and ideas about what is going on this county. I do not ever remember Pubby resorting to name calling and employees (LPPT) and new members (Proud Independent) so hell hell bent on discrediting of anyone that chooses engage in a conversation, albeit a critical one against the powers that be. Welcome the Communist County of Paulding.. My question is.. if everything is so one the up and up then why all the attempt at "dam -
Bill Heath issues a challange for Bill Carruth
winston1972 replied to noahsdad's topic in Paulding County NEWS
After much consideration I hope Bill Carruth wins but I will be typing in "Satan" if its an option, otherwise I'll leave it blank, I'll only vote for Carruth if it will not let me write in a candidate or leave blank. Take this as a quasi endorsement after remembering what someone told me about Mason Rountree. I have met Mason, thought a lot of him and if he is supporting Bill Carruth, god help us, then so be it. -
OK, I can see all the staged Youtube videos now..

I didn't realize our dictators still allowed us peons to still address them at a meeting. How nice of them to allow us this useless opportunity. -
Note to self-- avoid this area like the plague.

I am so sick of Heath and Carruth, I will be doing the same. Absolutely brilliant!! -
Wow, I am shocked, shocked, shocked. Glad to see they are getting counseling but this one is just a matter of time.. Maybe they can make enough $$$ to bankroll future marriages. LOL!

wednesday accident Hiram Sudie & Bill Carruth

Saw the cleanup with the crunched up cars and spraypainted road. Cars looked bad-- t bone, if I recall correctly. -
From what I understood, its as what Animal stated. David had his own people lined up and postions like hers and department heads serve at the discretion of the BOC, especially the Chairman. Quirks aside, she did her job well, but was one of those people who you liked or didn;t..

Paulding county races who are you voting for?

Whitey- If this is what you are referring to? There was certainly not 30,000 houses planned in this development, probably a couple of thoudand at best. This won a national EDA award back in 2007.. I have not heard if this plan has been scrapped or is pending dependent upon what the City of Atlanta decides to do with this property, still it technically still is contention (2nd from bottom I believe of 5 or so sites) for a site commercial airport. http://www.francoeleuteri.com/Greater_Paulding_Forest_11x14_Aug07_(6).pdf -
Interview with Commission Chairman David Austin
winston1972 replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
I ask a legitimate question concerning a candidate running for office that was an issue 4 years ago and instead of saying he sold the property or no there is no sewer at the property in question you try to belittle the questioner. Whereas, someone from the David camp asks an accusatory question concerning Tony and the response is give me the documentation in question and an answer will be provided. I find that very interesting and would think that readers may be drawing some conclusions about what perhaps the candidates think about their constituents---- the bizarre fools in Paulding County -

You sure aren't making a lot of friends calling people from Paulding County bizarre and fools, especially being new on the board. I have heard conflicting stories on the issue and I am sure someone knows the answer.. So please enlighten us as you are obviously supporting David.. -

If I am not mistaken there was a large sewer project within the 1st 6 months of David coming into office. -

Since we are asking politically biased questions about candidates, thought I'd throw one out too... -

Did David ever get sewer to his property on taxpayer's dime? -

I think the best thing would be for Tony to put a video on his website commenting on issues of interest to Paulding residents and bypassing P.com after this stunt. -

2 for Tripcony here. Know of 5 more who voted for Tripcony. -
Politicians could only serve one term, cannot vote themselves a raise and receive no perks- just a salary- no pensions for life and healthcare for life. Additionally, a majority vote of no confidence could remove an elected official fromn office. I also like what China does- corporate officials guilty of theft or for selling products that kill people get the death penalty..

David had a trailer parked across the street from Ingles on Nebo last week.
