  2. And I believe he did. And I believe TM ambushed him. So, we will never be likely to agree. In ANY CASE...whatever started the fight...if TM was beating the cr@p out of GZ (as evidence would STRONGLY suggest was the case), under FLORIDA LAW, regardless of whether GZ was a reckless AH or not, he was JUSTIFIED in defending himself. No matter which version you ascribe to. Because TM had no injuries but the fatal wound, and GZ was beat to shiit.

  6. What seems so wrong to me is how misplaced this all is...and hypocritical. The same people who are taking to the streets, protesting and breaking things and starting fires, are the same people who would yell the loudest if a jury convicted someone when the evidence didn't support the conclusion. They would call it "racism" if someone of their skin color was convicted of a crime that the evidence didn't support. And I would tend to agree with them.   7. Or maybe...Goerge Zimmerman wasn't guilty of the crime he was charged with...hmmm. GZ testified quite a bit through the interview tapes the PROSECUTION played for the jury. He had no reason to testify. They did such an awesome job of making his case for him.

I appreciate the time and attention the jury gave to this case, and I believe that these six women came to this decision together after carefully considering the evidence presented vs. the charges brought and found the facts didn't support the charges. Like it or not, the system worked as it should.

  14. Well maybe I'm just plain odd, but the explanation seems completely plausible to me. I spent several years working in ERs. Suicides were always the worst, especially when folks survived the attempts. I would think if you made that awful choice, it would be kind if you found a way to do it that was efficient. I mean no disrespect to anyone who has ever lost someone they loved to self-inflicted injury. I just know how much families suffer with failed attempts. So maybe this guy wanted to spare his family that trauma.

  18. I think it would be relevant and very important if you can prove they caused the damage. About 10 years or so ago, I took my personal vehicle into the dealership I bought it from for a warrantied repair. The car was my sweetheart, and I adored it. But after driving it for less than a year, a strange problem surfaced--it would just DIE at full power, with no traceable reason.
