I saw it! It had warm fuzzies all over it.

I received notice of this yesterday, and decided rather quickly that I will no longer bank with Wells-Fargo. I'm opening an account with Georgia's Own Credit Union and placing all of my checking and saving accounts there. Wells-Fargo can bite me. They don't do me any favors by keeping my money, and I'll be damned if I'll pay to use it because they have it in their bank. I hope many others follow suit. Let them see how successful this "test" is--in my world? THEY FAIL.

ACK!!!! I *love* the double-barrel shot!!

You can't fix stupid (or ignorant or righteous or whatever label fits) no matter how hard you try. It's a big world, with lots of people in it. It would be nice if everyone could respect everyone else at the same degree, but I doubt that's ever going to happen. Big dragons are worthy of slaying, but the little ones? They are just twisted little pests, much like mosquitoes. While there may be many of them down there in the swamp, they're easy to repel and usually won't bite you unless you choose to wade into their midst.

So what you're saying is that I have dirty code?

THANKS!! I have no idea why I couldn't get it to post...

Saw this on GMA this morning, so I thought I'd check it out. The idea is...women sell gifts from ex-boyfriends/husbands, but they must attach the story to go with it. Amusing. Oh, and there's some seemingly good deals on there, too! Click here.

I feel I should apologize for making assumptions. I read here early in this thread that it was a rear-end accident, and my comments were based on that, but of course, I didn't know. It was wrong of me to assume. I'm sorry. My heart aches for everyone involved.

You lost me at she must "make a full and truthful report to your [her] Probation Officer"!

I'm trying to care... ...trying... ...trying... Nope. I just can't care.

RIP, baby boy. How on earth is someone going fast enough in traffic on 278 at that place that early in the morning that a rear-end accident can cause such destruction? SLOW DOWN PEOPLE!

OH GEEZ. Seems you have a bit of a boy-crush on the guy. -
I know, and that's what's sad. And lawlady--when my neighbor was issued the ticket, she was understandably upset. But she told the AC folks when the issued the ticket, "FINE. I'll pay the ticket. But what you are failing to understand is that this dog was five feet from my back door, I was RIGHT THERE, and IF I'd been tethered to that dog by a leash, I would have ALSO been attacked!" I just don't get any of this. It ought to be pretty simple, right? Bad dog, bad owners, DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. Argh. It all just makes me so angry, especially when there has been a well-documented h

I can't, either. But I think they should wrap that fine into their vet bills for the dog who was attacked. It seems like so much NONSENSE that they took four hours to come out on a vicious dog call and then ticketed the person whose dog was attacked. Seriously? Frucked up.

One would think, right? I wasn't there so I don't know, but this is how the situation played out in my head: Guy gets home and finds (as I have heard) $1,200 worth of tickets stuck to his front door, all because (primarily) of this one dog--the one AC couldn't apprehend (and I didn't explain WHY they only got one dog--this dog got back into the yard as AC was trying to apprehend it, and got into the house by a doggy door in their basement, and no one answered the door so they could seize the dog), and the dumb dude was pi$$ed. He proceeded to beat the dog (which is likely why she's so

True!! But there are degrees of imperfection. -
Then I am happy for you. All I'd like to see is our neighbors being responsible. Like yours were. Mine aren't, and understand, as someone mentioned earlier in this thread, it was about 4 years ago that my son was bitten by one of these dogs. We have been dealing with this situation involving irresponsible pet owners living next door for YEARS. After I called AC on them the last time, they did act responsibly, and kept the dogs contained. It's just recently that they have dropped the ball. I am patient and I am kind. As I said earlier, I don't blame the dogs. But I won't tolerate th

No, I didn't. I avoid your threads and wouldn't even THINK of clicking on any video you posted. Ever. And most especially a Glen Beck video. I detest Glen Beck. -
Oddly enough, we agree. If I have tried to color within the lines in this situation, you sir are wrong to fault me in any way. At this point? It has become clear that I cannot trust the powers-that-be to properly handle this situation, and at this point? What I do next is all on me. I can handle that.
