She's a leech and a crappy excuse for a human being, IMO.

I don't have to be alone to make a fool out of myself.

There's a summer league starting up at Mount Tabor. We're signing my six year old up.

I quit a year and a half ago, cold turkey (after smoking off and on for 14 years). My husband is on Chantix right now to quit. He's been smoke free 4 days. Things that help with the hand to mouth problem: Dumdum suckers toothpicks straws (chew on them) The Dumdum's suckers are the *best* things to help. Every time you get the urge to smoke, open one up and pop it in. It's hard, but everything smells and tastes better when you no longer smoke. I can honestly say I no longer have the urge to ever smoke. Ever.

WALLPAPER IS THE DEVIL!!!!!

I never said I thought it was funny in the first place. You gave such a generic, blanket statement that stereotyped pretty much anyone that allowed their child to dance any of these new line dances as uneducated and ghetto. That's not always the case. Just sayin'.

Then you tell me where the decay stems from. It certainly isn't from wearing a diaper and socks, my kids did that at that age, too.

WOW. I encourage my children to dance, sing, run, play... I also encourage them to achieve higher learning in school. All three of my children are very active, love music, dancing and will rock out an air guitar to "Cherry Pie" or "Paradise City", but all three are also making great marks in school, meeting and exceeding their grade level in every subject, are polite, well mannered children and will hopefully be upstanding citizens of society when they get older... even if they do have pink hair and mohawks.

My daughter, at 15 months old, would booty bounce. She's almost 10 now, and well adjusted. No irreparable harm for having me as a mother, as of yet. She makes all A's and B's, she's helpful, respectful (most of the time), witty and loving.

Warn your teens --- friend's kid lost license
AJH replied to AustinPlantation's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Either the kid is lying or the lights were broken (which is highly unlikely). I've had my own battle with folks who run bus stops. I have no sympathy for those who can't clearly see the big yellow bus with the big, flashy lights and the red stop sign. If you can't see that, you have ZERO business driving, in my opinion. -
If your daughter drives a newer dark gray Toyota Camry

Not my kid. My poor kids. They're gonna have "those" parents when they get to middle/high school. -
If your daughter drives a newer dark gray Toyota Camry

If this were my daughter, I'd appreciate the concern and the warning and certainly wouldn't take it lightly. When my kids start driving, I will have eyes *everywhere*. -
Yep. The weather sucks and I fell flat on my face this morning. Considering I just had spinal surgery three weeks ago - that wasn't the best move I've made (read that as: stoopid). I demand a redo or a fast forward. Who can I hold hostage until my demands are met?

Tell Carloooos (Yes, I said it with a spanish accent) I said to bring it. Oh wait. You don't know Carlos. Damn. My game is over for the moment. Good for them! And good for you for bringing it to attention. Spunk.

I nominate this for best of paulding. Hands down.

Sneezing is the worst. It feels like my hip is going to explode. On the up side, I've learned how to sneeze and not move my head an inch. That takes talent.

I'm on prescription medication. Lots of them. If I start having flu like symptoms, I'm going to the hospital and asking to be admitted.

I know that in the case of my automobile accident, my medical insurance has covered my medical bills so far. They'll be reimbursed by the negligent drivers automobile insurance *eventually*. I'm not sure how it would work if I didn't have medical coverage.

I agree! It would be cool if he could front of the line passes, somehow. Just a little recognition for doing the right thing goes a LONG way in a childs eyes.

I LOVE the part "and soldiers, too"! What a fast thinking little guy. I hope his parents did something really special for him that afternoon.

I'll overlook it this time...
