have you tried taking her to the ER at Childrens healthcare of Atlanta/Scottish Rite near northside hospital? maybe they could do more faster or get you in to see a specialist faster.

if you are gonna get aloe get the clear kind w/ aloe as first ingredient. A friend of mine had the lotion aloe at the beach w/ several ingredients w/ aloe being the last one on the list, meaning very little aloe in the container. I have a bottle of publix brand that is very good.

BTW, I just remembered they offered to give her shots of the steroid directly into her scalp to speed up the results and she declined. she had just rather take her chances with the foam.

go to the dermatologist. my daughter was having this problem and was prescribed a foam steroid to put on her scalp and it worked.

The problem people have is that is a very long lunch break. Also, a lot of the dr. offices don't start answering the phone until 9am and then they want the last appointment to be at 4pm.

I just read that the carnival ship we went on (Legend) out of Tampa just got out of dry dock because the pool areas have been redone. This would make this ship a great choice because that is the area where it looked run down cause tiles were missing and it needed some new paint. I know the price in right and it was easy to park, board, etc. food was good and lots on entertainment.

Just realize that ships going out of Jacksonville are going to be older smaller ships. We went on a cruise out of Tampa on a kinda middle of the road (age & size wise) on Carnival last year that was good. I REALLY prefer Disney or Royal Caribbean. If you go on Carnival just go on a newer ship they don't keep their ships up the way Disney and Royal Caribbean do. We had a party for my daughter last mth. I wanted to do a big one and rent a place & she just wanted a smaller one here at home & we had about 25 teens over. What I really wanted to do was rent a limo and have her and 4 or 5 friends go to dinner somewhere. If you have never been on anything but carnival you will think that they are great, but Royal caribbean and Disney are much better. Disney has gotten too expensive and we couldn't get on a Royal Carr. that we wanted in a location we could drive to last time, so we went on Carnival.
