For my own sanity and the safety of inconsiderate .... I only go on weekday mornings when it's nice and quiet. I walk too .. I tried running and my knees just won't be having that. Heaven forbid they park up the hill or something. Wouldn't want to get exercise or anything horrible like that

We switched from nationwide to cotton states .. our rates were cut in half. Just a fyi

I don't eat out unless it's subway, or a salad bar. I simply very picky about what goes into my food. I'm not snobby, just healthy and trying to keep it that way.

I make my kids do research papers for home school. I make them list several sources. Even my 8 year old knows that two different websites will give you two different answers entirely.

Yesterday my 8 year old had a balloon pop. I said how did it pop ? She said her brother cut off its weenie lol. I said balloons don't have weenies. She said, yes they do, It's those little things that stick out the end. I about died.

We noticed over the weekend, leaves falling Ants are also beginning to make their way indoors .... yup fall is on its way.

Oh but I thought the economy was recovering

The geese leave more poop than dogs do. I'm just sayin ... not much we can do about that. And I agree, if you take your doggy ... please take along your pooper scooper.

Cotton states We switched to them years ago. Switching to them cut our rates in half. In the past 8 years our rates have not gone up. Even after a car accident and a new roof for the house. I would get some quotes but def check out cotton states.

The media misleading ??? Say it isn't so!

They outgrow that at about a year. We have 2 lab mixes. I grew up with nothing but Labs. The chewing and the Houdini effect are the only 2 things I really don't like about labs. Other than that, they are just awesome! It just takes patience and allot of putting stuff where they can't reach it for the first year.

I LOVE White Oak Park. I really wish people would stop throwing trash on the ground there. Every time we go, we take bags with us. We clean up while walking. It's a beautiful park, let's try to keep it that way.

We got a new roof and ours didn't go up

My daughter lives in Virgina Beach .. she says so far, just rain. They haven't called for an evacuation. She's got her windows taped up and is ready just in case though.

I was always told to stay away from Allstate. We have been with Cottonstates for YEARS and never has our rates gone up. If anything, they've gone down. Love, love, love them

Hubby and I were talking about that today. When we first got married he made half the income that he does now. Yet, we had allot more bills back then. We are now at the point where all we have left is our mortgage to pay off. He makes TWICE as much money and yet we are always broke. So, we sat down and took a look at where our money is going. It's ALL food and gas. It's all cost of living. What's really sad is that I only spend $100 a week on groceries to feed 8 of us and our little farm of animals. And I agree, a ship that is sinking fast

I have found a few things at that Kmart that I couldn't find at Walmart Or Target. This summer, I was SEARCHING for " good " popsicle molds. After driving everywhere, I found them at that Kmart

I was reading a similar article the other day. It was labeled, Can we save the middle class ? Thing is .. there is no middle class anymore. And our economy is driven by the rich. It's at the point where the little people, simply don't matter anymore. You are either windshield or the bug

We only buy used cars ... our highest tag fee was $70. New cars are FAR more expensive in more ways than one.

We LOVED Wachovia .. Since they were bought out, we switched to Suntrust a year ago ... LOVE them as well
