Tonight DH & I are smokin' baby back ribs which we marinated overnight, will put some bbq sauce on at the last minute. Serving with some smoked onions/potatoes we'll put on the smoker soone and already hava a broccoli salad for a great side dish. What about you & yours?? Please share ... We love new combos of food or to learn of something different!

I had to have an ophthamologist for one of our cats due to a puncture wound. She and her staff were fantastic and never transfered us to anyone else, but the bill was still $$$$ after the surgery. Sure miss that cat ........ Did you look into just having the eye removed? I've met many dogs/cats who survive just fine with only 1 eye (or blind for that matter). Hope it works out for you and your dog one way or another ..... I'll keep you in my thoughts.

Going to have beef kabobs (sirloin tips, onion, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms) which have been marinated in a mixture of steak sauce, garlic & black pepper. Serving corn on the cob on the side. Thinking about a small salad or cole slaw or ?? .... We do have a couple of cheesecake slices if we want something sweet .... What are you having?

Your dinner sounds great Jenilyn, wish I could join you! Having a "scampi" dinner here -- fresh linquini, a scampi sauce I picked up a publixs, shrimp with crescent rolls and a small salad. I'm hoping it turns out good.
