Those plateaus on not making movement on weight loss are bitches and can pull you down. Got the vices to prove it. Got to come up a "slogan" but I need some thing like PUSH IT. thanks! I appreciate the info! You don't know my history, but 7+ years ago I lost about 85-90 lbs. Took me 2 years to do it, but it was worth it. Had to gain back about 10 lbs because my body style couldn't handle that weight (made me TOO thin looking, even though they say I was within "limits"), but I kept the rest off for about 4-5 years. Have had some medical problems with side effects of weight gain, but I think I have plateau'd and I'm ready to get at least a little weight off and firmed up. Still does .... You have to fill out a form, get it notarized and a background check done. I think some of the senior centers take community service individuals as well as the libraries. Park-n-rec might also. Not trying to assume why they need to do service, but if it is court ordered, their parole supervisor should give them a list of places where they can do their service.

I am not thrilled about the heat, but at least it is lower humidity. I remember growing up with higher temps and WAY higher humidity -- the kind that slaps you in the face when you walk outside and you can't even sweat to get rid of YUK!!! I do want it to be a bit cooler ...... Will take precautions and stay inside & hydrated as much as possible - just hard to run the errands I have to do during the weekend. A repeat message: Please do not leave any child or pet in a car for any time length of time in this heat!! One minute is TOO late!!

I volunteer to be the taste tester to ensure you are making a quality & delicious cake.
