  1. Mailed mine in the day after I got it. If you don't mail it in, you will receive a knock on the door. Maybe a phone call first.
  2. Whew!! I'm kinda glad I have the authors names in the quotes in my signature. Hi~ho-Silver might get me!!
  3. That is awesome!! Good for Brandon and you!!
  4. Well, you were there long before most of those folks moved over that way.
  5. Wow, I'm glad I don't live in a subdivision, it doesn't cost much more than $350.00 a year to keep my Private pool in working order. I don't need a tennis or basketball court, I have woods to play in. Those folks up there in the Northeast corridor sure have their panties in a wad all the time. If you don't want non residents there, hire some security guards. With those type of HOA fees, you can surely afford them.
  6. That is adorable. I love marigolds. I have no problem starting veggies but for some reason I just can't get the flowers to do what they need to. LOL I have about 20 packets of marigold seeds that I will be planting this year.
  7. Wow, Congrats, you are amazing. You've already lost a complete person. Woooo Hooooo :yahoo: :yahoo:
  8. ((((hugs)))) LadyRaider. What a wonderful tribute.
  9. I think it's the little building, may not be a "house" on Goldmine Road. Not sure if it recently sold, it had a for sale sign a little while ago. I would stop in the sewing shop and ask or get the address and go on line to the Paulding County Tax Commissioner's site and you should be able to find the owner. There are several other office buildings behind Scotts and Dollar General if you can't find out what you need to.
  10. Praying for you and your family Guard Dad.
  11. Nope, your life will never be "normal" again!!
  12. OK, I'll go ahead and pay it this time. Because next year it's gonna cost me $55.70 instead of $5.57.
  13. I was just sitting here wondering if Algore turned his power off.
  14. Better enjoy it while you can, next year there may be a law that says we have to do it.
  15. I've got my candles ready and the battery charged on the lap top. Anyone else??
  16. That is great!!! Congrats!!! :yahoo: :yahoo:
  17. I will say we have several vehicles that we use for work. We have on several occasions received letters from the state saying we didn't have the required insurance for one vehicle or the other. We did, it was just a mess up in their system. So do not think they always know. It doesn't hurt to have the insurance card in the vehicle.
  18. Some people can be dumb. I guess they would rather they be druggies or hoodlums. On the other hand, maybe someone works nights?? They could have come and talked to you about it. They weren't breaking the law, so I see no big deal.
  19. Bubble bath, candles, glass of wine and some soothing music. Does wonders for your psyche. Some girlfriend time works well, too.
  20. Awww, this heathScare is going to create a lot of new jobs. They'll just include those created jobs and drop the numbers on down. My guess is close to 11%
  21. Subby, thanks for starting this thread. It reminded me I had to get mine today as it expires Sunday. See you saved me $23.00 with this thread. BTW, the penalty is now 10% of the bill not $10.00.
  22. Seriously Subby, like Madea said, bring the receipts for the repairs with you. Get the emissions done and get your tag, not sure on the late fees but it's usually not too bad. If you happen to run in to the popo, just show them the paperwork. BTW, there is an emissions place right by the courthouse, in the little strip on 278. It's across from the entrance to the court house on the side road.
