Sounds like you had a great day on my hubby's old stomping grounds. He was born and raised in Gadsden, played in Black Creek growing up. It's the main source of the water that cascades over Noccalula Falls. The park is very pretty in the spring with the daffodils and tulips blooming. I think they should be required to sign a contract that says no more kids. If they get pregnant while on government assistance, no more assistance, they violate the contract. Everyone should also be required to attend some type of school to be trained in a trade, my mom did it, everyone can.
