Why does that matter?

I remember reading that she is undergoing treatments that are considered "experimental". The treatments are helping, but not covered by insurance so that is why they need the money. And I believe her condition is related to the mitochondria in her body. I know that if I found a treatment that helped my child I would do anything necessary to continue the treatment. However, I can't say that I would have my child out in the heat or on the side of a busy highway.

I am so glad that we have finally lived in this house for a year and started levelized billing with Carroll EMC. Our bill is $347 every month. No more surprises like we had this winter. It was well over $500.

My husband was at Camp Casey too. I couldn't go (this was right after we got married in 2002 and he was just out of boot camp) but I heard a lot of stories about the "night life" there. But I'm sure it's not much different than any other military base, it's a different experience for a family than it is for a single guy. NC-17 if you find out it is Camp Casey, pm me. I will ask my husband for more details.

Something else would work.. like a popsicle stick or small ruler maybe? I think it is ridiculous that you can't take a plastic knife to school. A pencil could do more damage.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Brenda at Laura Leigh Farms. My daughter had her 5th birthday party there today and it was amazing. Brenda and her sweet grand-daughters were so patient and kind to all the kids, and they worked so hard to make our party a success. The horses were so calm and I never felt worried about the kids who were riding. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fantastic horse party for their child! Thank you Brenda! My dad was laid off in November of last year after working at the same place for 25 years. No luck yet.

It has my maiden name and address when I lived at home with my parents (8 years ago)and even lists my parent's names! It does not have my married name at all. My husband is listed as living at our last house, we moved last summer but still own the house so that is accurate I guess. ETA: it lists me as male, lol

We have a mutual cousin who is 10 years old with special needs. For her birthday she went to see him perform and he made sure she was right up front and got pictures made with all the band members. It made her year!

Thank you guys! I am very happy for him. He is a great guy and deserves all the success in the world.
