All I have to say is the Pharmacutical Companies have one of the largest lobbies in Washington DC...

There is now in most counties. Items made completely of copper and catallitic converters have a 24 hour wait before the scrap yard will pay you. I was at the scrap yard on 61 in Bartow County when a "gentleman" bought up a catallitic converter to "sell". You could tell that the intake had been recently hacksawed off and it was in AMAZINGLY great condition. The clerk behind the desk said they couldn't take it...BUT THE SMILING BARTOW COUNTY DETECTIVES STANDING RIGHT BEHIND THE CLERK REALLY WANTED TO SPEAK TO HIM...

OK, I've gotten a late start on Halloween this year because we've moved and the Internet should be on over at the new house today. Not to fret though, we only moved a mile down the street to Hardee St, near the 1st Baptist Chruch. Since my Bad Santa costume went over so well last year I've decided to put it to a vote and let Pcom decide what I'll be scaring the little darlings in this year...
