I hate to be a Debbie Downer but I hope each and every rental owner down there sues the snot out of BP. They need to disappear over this. This should never be tolerated. Any company that could see fit to not have a plan in place for such a disaster to our planet should not be allowed to continue on. Screw us once, shame on you....twice, shame on us.

In the past, we paid for one day, just in case. It was drilled into us that our child could not stay if we had not paid in advance!

The mistakes have been to continue adding on huge auditoriums and new sports fields in additon to the "necessary" buildings when someone should've known how to use the brakes way back then. Now we have a plan to let the kids suffer for the old board's choices. How is that right? It's great that the "new" board is more realistic but now we're just tossing out everything, kids be damned? Hopefully they will find more creative ways to reach a middle road.

I thought about that, too. Just have a hard time with government making it a criminal offense to have a plant that could grow wherever it happens to land.

Legalize it. Tax it when possible. I mean, if someone is growing their own...maybe they will charge a gardening tax.

Is there something causing you stress right now? Especially something that you're avoiding? Not that I'm right. Just wondering. When I was younger I had horrific dreams. I was LIVING them...it seemed SO real. A lot of me or someone I loved being violently attacked. There was a lot of changing and conflict going on in my daytime life at the time.

We put two of those guys in our pool yesterday. No difference so far but they hadn't had a lot of time in yet. Ours was at 73 today. And that's with the redneck warming system....3-4 black hoses with water running through them and back into the pool during the day.

He said it's a different system than ours. Don't know the details of why it's different. It's too bad you don't feel safe using salt since we buy it at Sams or Walmart, etc. for $5-6 per huge bag.

I'll ask DH. It's the one thing he took over from the beginning and I've never looked back!

That is very interesting. DH has rigged up some black hoses sitting in coils on the concrete. He runs the water through them during the direct sun hours. Raclay: We have a salt water and I don't think it would be the same as mineral. We actually dump huge bags of salt into it. Do you do this with yours? If so, maybe they are the same thing. I was wondering this as well.
