They do put bbq sauce on their burgers, and I didn't want it at first, but it is grilled on the burger, not just a sauce that is put on after it is cooked. The "Denny Burger" is something I never thought I would like. It has a fried egg on it. I got up the nerve to try it and I was shocked at how much I really like it. As far as price, I don't think it is pricey at all. I mean, McDonalds is charging $6 these days for a quarter pounder with cheese combo meal. Paying $2 more for a fresh cooks burger and fresh cut fries is worth it to me! They also have fresh cut potato chips. Yummy

I think we all ought to call the store where you bought it and complain. If they get call after call, after call, after call... they might just get the message that word is out about their crappy service. Scott and I have bought a lot of furniture from them. Hubby has ordered the test strips from Ebay before. It's been awhile, so I can't remember how much we saved. Even though my hubby now controls his diabetes with diet he still checks his sugar once or twice a day. So we still have that expense. I wish the strips weren't so expensive.

~sigh~ I hate this time of year. For those of us who love our coach and have had any level of success, we always worry that our guy will be the one who is lured away. I say they need to rehire Steve Superior and level Saban, Stoops and most any other coach alone. (Now if they wanted to hire Peter Carroll... that would be perfect... I could geniunely hate them again. It's been hard for me to really hate the Gators since Superior has left. But Carroll is almost his clone. So that gator hater in me could be revived.)

As neither a Gator, Bama, or UGA fan... I think it was a good game. I was happy for Bama because it has been so long since they have had a chance at the title. But I really have a great deal of respect for Tim Tebow. He is a kid with a great heart and a wonderful testimony and he poured himself out on the field every week. I considered myself a gatorhater for a long time. But I just couldn't hate Florida this year because of the great respect I have for Tim's amazing talent but even more so at his unashamed ability to glorify God.

If you want to try a low calorie version of green beans that is really yummo... try buying a couple of packages of Goya ham seasoning. You will find it in the Hispanic foods section. Use that in your beans and the longer you cook your beans the better. Just simmer them over a low heat. They will be almost as good and not have any fat! Great source of fiber and a wonderful carb. Being a kid from a broken home is tough. It sounds like you have issues with his mother. And the best thing you could do for your stepson is to set those issue aside. Remember that what you know about his mom comes mainly from your husband... who ended a relationship with her. I'm sure he has said negative things about her to you. (Like the fact that she allows this: - he is always glued to a gameboy or Tv... or whatever.) I know it is hard being a stepmom. Hang in there. You sound like you really want to improve this situation and I am willing to bet you will do it.
