The steam turbines are water cooled not hydrogen cooled. They have experimented with a water precooler to reduce steam evaporation but it has not been fully implemented. The steam you see rising from the 400' towers is the heat energy being dissipated by air cooling and released through evaporation. That water recycles into the cooling pond and eventually circulates back through the steam turbine. The precooler is designed to minimize the water lost through evaporation. In my opinion the court will leave it up to the states so the same situation as the Jim Crow era will apply to this issue. They court could interpret the case using this as precedent. I will not start a debate nor state my opinion on whether homosexuality is a genetic trait or a lifestyle choice. If interpreted as a lifestyle choice it does not carry the same "disadvantaged" status as being born black, hispanic, female, etc. It is a landmark case in many aspects and will be interesting to see the opinion of the court.

I admit I cracked a grin when I heard of the indictmnets. I hope they are prosecuted by competent council unlike many high profile cases in the past have been handled in the ATL. Although I do believe these will be federal prosecuters not state due to the racketeering charges.

The whole Gay Marriage issue is about money not civil rights. They want insurance coverage, tax structures and inheritance rights that currently apply to married couples. The gays have every right you and I do according to the constitution. Marriage is not a constitutional issue. That is what the Supreme Court has been hinting at all week with the exception of wacadoodle Ginsberg.

My opinion of homosexuality has nothing to do with religion or lack there of. I personally am not attracted to men in a sexual way. I find it disgusting and frankly freakish. I do not discriminate against gay folk but choose not to socialize with them or condone their life style. That is my choice and no group or groups agenda is going to change my thoughts on this issue. JMO

Not to politicize a absolutely horrible incident. It is tragic and heart breaking. But how could anyone say these two deserve to live. Give them their day in court if the details hold true take them out and hang them, right there, right then. I do not care about their age, race, home life, education or mental capacity they are predators with no more redeeming quality than a hyena.
