being pregnant is what made me "fire" my monthly pest control and do it myself. I have been the brunt of nastiness and bullies who hide behind their keyboards here on Pcom. It's sad that adults think it's "fun" to be nasty and to bully people- lots of times ppl they have never even met. You just have to ignore them and walk on. If you want opinions, take the ones from well meaning ppl and ignore the rest. For a bully, especially an adult bully, they have a need to feel better about their own life by ripping yours apart. I stood on my feet in heels for 20 yrs dressing hair. If we didnt dress nice we were fired yet after so long, you HAVE to be comfortable, too. I swear by easy spirit. They make dressy heels. I have them in almost every color and style. When I was much younger, my feet didnt bother me no matter what I wore. Over time that changed dramatically. Even a very small heel dresses things up and will not be uncomfortable in a well made shoe like these. Just enough to push up the booty and give the legs a little more shape . Hope you find something that works for you.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Not knowing seems more torturous than almost any other situation. I have often heard that it is so frustrating when an adult goes missing. The police and media sort of roll their eyes during a prime window of opportunity. It shouldnt be that way. Also, I can only imagine some of the comments people have made during all of this. I have seen it as well. Seizure risks are HUGE in alcohol withdrawl. Apparently it happens quite often. Yes, the withdrawal w/o drugs looks like hell. It really is life threatening. It sounds like your friend has damaged their nervous system so much from drinking that even a glass or 2 affects them adversly. Scary.

Alcohol withdrawal is the MOST dangerous out of any other substance. They REALLY need to be in a professionals care. I do know that Wellbutrin has been successful with helping alcoholics. Doctors prescribe it freely as it is non narcotic and the effects are so positive(even gives energy and increases libido which differs from every other drug like it). I think the generic version is pretty cheap. Alcohol withdrawal is very serious.
