I just got a new cookbook "Great Food Great Beer", and it shows baking a lot of stuff on the grill. A lot of that will depend on how well you can adjust the grill temp.

Driving in South Carolina right before Hugo hit, it was raining so hard I could barely see the road. A car was right on my bumper, which was not helping me see (it was dusky dark) so the first chance I got, I pulled over and let them by. They gassed it, and went zipping by me. The first sharp curve they came to, they went flying off the road across a cow pasture, bouncing and splashing the whole way. I slowed down enough to see the driver was uninjured and drove slowly on my way.

What do you do with pepper jelly? My neighbor gave me a jar and I had never heard of it, so I have no clue what to do with it.

I often but bulk leg quarters and boil them and pick the meat off the bone. You can freeze that for lots of things later, and it's takes very little room in the freezer. Why don't some of you split one order?

Everyone just save your used chewing gum to throw out along there each time you go by there. It'll slowly build up and catch blowing sand and.......wala new pavement.
