I hate that kmart with a passion. I avoid it at all costs. There is nothing there that I can't get elsewhere. I'll even pay more elsewhere and that's okay. -
Yep, that's why I'm a lesbian.

Unless the home situation is unbarable, I would stick it out and save as much as I could. When my daughter was born I had a college degree, full time job, and a house and it was extremely financially taxing. Government housing is scarce and there are a LOT of people waiting. Best of luck to you.

I am not judging harshly the people who have fallen on hard times. I've had hard times and I'm fortunate to have fought back from it. I've had to do without, eat scarcely, and limit my driving so that I didn't use up too much gas. Believe me, hard times happen to us all. Ultimately, I'm judging the people who have fallen on hard times, failed to pay their mortgage, but have the funds to go to Disney, buy new cars, etc. THOSE people deserve harshness. IF you have extra money laying around, PAY YOUR DAMN BILLS. And G.Wolf is still pissed that I didn't like his guy during the last county

That's fancy math.

You mean you aren't going to tell how you haven't paid your mortgage for months and then managed to afford a trip to disney during the winter break that got cancelled??? I've been broke. I'm not unsensitive to it. BUT, I paid my mortgage and as many bills as I could manage.....I didn't eat out, take trips, get my nails done, or anything. I know a guy who gets $400+ in food stamps for him and his ONE kid, hasn't paid a mortgage in over a year, but still can afford to go out to eat, buy a big screen tv, and do all kinds of stuff that folks only wish they could afford. From this thread I have learned that a lot of pcommer don't pay their mortgages. The next time I see a poster in this thread brag about a vacation or a new purchase, I'm going to bring this up. :bookmarked:

I don't think so. I think you were trolling around looking for something to complain about.....or at least that's how your post reads. -
My basic refi took 6 months to complete.....and it was with the same mortgage company I had in the first place. The backlog of people refinancing due to lower rates (mine went down 2%), modifications, etc is really creating congestion for these companies.

Not enough details? From the thread title I gathered that it was geared towards parents of HHS students. If that doesn't apply to you, then don't open it. How much more detail do we need? I would agree that some threads lack detail in the title. -

I had to detour 92 @ downtown Hiram earlier. Maybe they're just shaking things up in PC? Seriously, I hope neither case was anything too serious.

HHS has a great resource officer. If he doesn't cooperate, remind him that I've kicked his a......once and can do it again -
