As someone who logs a lot of highway miles through 6 or more states every year, I have always tried to move over even when it is just a car on the side of the highway and not LE. You never know when someone is going to come around and open a door without looking. It is second nature to me.

The auto plant up the highway really helped that area out. Also, cheapest gas anywhere in the southeast can be found on that stretch of I85, at least $0.10 to $0.25 cheaper.

LPPT, I am not picking on you by any means. But after reading this post I realized that I have been wrong about the need for political correctness. I know you are a good person and were not aware how the use of some words or phrases could be hurtful to others, but after looking this over I feel that we need to take this more serious. Did you know that the person that holds the flag and waves you on or stops you at a DOT work site makes more money than the people who are working with the shovels? Do you know why that is? Cursing is acceptable on TV and in public, but phrases that have been in use for hundreds of years are now unacceptable.
