I don't know if that is actually going to change anything. Friends and family are forgiving.

So the man with the gun never slept in 4 days? Dude, just own up to the fact that you were drinking or doing drugs and drove until you had no choice but to come home. I hope he gets help and I pray for his wife, don't know if they have kids, but I would pray for them. I feel for his family. I hope God smacks him in the face with a big wake up call.

Having been in a similar position, I completely understand the frustration and fear of the family, I do believe that they were legit worried as to where he was. I just don't believe he was gone against his will.

1997 High school grad and 2001 college. I was told 2 after a period. Circa 2005 a co-worker who was a few years younger than me said that with the advent of computers and word processing programs that 2 spaces is no longer needed. Because it automatically makes a larger space after a period. When typing on line or on an iphone I usually do one space. When I type work reports I put 2 because that's what the boss man likes.

Looking for rec cheerleading for my 3 year old
kwood replied to JulietAndKevin's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Back in the olden days when I did cheer they started at 5, but Gymnastics around here will start at 2, so maybe get gymnastic for a couple years -
I'll go with the odds, I'd bet it's horribly unlikely that a grown 22 year old man would be forced to drive to TX over the course of 4 days. But I bet it's VERY likely that a 22 year old man voluntarily took off to TX without telling anyone for a myriad of reasons.

I guess you're just lucky

Disgusting, so rape is ok as long as she's unconscious.
-
If they have to go get him he probably sold his car or got arrested or both.
-
If you're that concerned you might try researching rather than asking others to do the work for you.

Lighten up Francis, I'm just making the assumption that if you have 2 homes you're probably busy making money to pay for them, or have a lot more leisure time to send and means to spend it in a way other than posting on an internet chitchat board Is it pretending if you believe it in your head?

There are some nice spots around the Hiram Park on 92, and White Oak.

Personally speaking, I don't care what you are convicted of, you should be required to serve the amount of your sentence. Of course some are released early because of working as a trustee. I think at Paulding if you become a trustee you can earn 4 days for every 1 served. Of course to qualify you have to be non-violent I believe, and be clean from substances.

I would put myself in hiding and then call the FBI. There's what's right and what's right.

Sounds about right, depending on what he was getting or where he was staying, he's probably just out of money.
-
I'm not sure what is more pathetic, having a second home and posting on Paulding.com, or pretending to have a second home and posting on Paulding.com.

That's what shocks me about this. I had reported a missing adult in the past, and first you had to wait 48 hours, and even then all they did was put a notation that if he was contacted by police or emergency services, that his family should be notified. There was definitely no interest from news sources. And of course it turned out that he went missing on his own, but we didn't know that for over a week.

A 22 year old guy went missing for 4 days and this made the news?

The world gets more idiotic by the day. Probably one of those vampire nuts.

We ate there when it was in Dallas, and then a couple times since they moved my only complaint is that a couple times we went and took a while to get service. But the owner is a nice guy who interacted with our daughter and made her laugh. My husband loved their veggie salad and used to get it to go.

There is nothing inherently wrong with being an janitor as long as you are being the best janitor you can be. Self worth and success, at least in my life, are not measured by the job you hold or the money in your bank, but by the way you live your life and how you treat others. This seems to contradict your post where you mention something about baby item manufacturers making money off of overpriced items. You apparently are one that thinks pretty highly of materialistic things if money and power are your litmus test of a life well lived.

You can be all of the above if you're born today or tomorrow or next week. Read the 4 Agreements, which doesn't rely on the sign you were born under.

I'm amazed that any of us over 30 are still alive. My car seat was pillows in the floorboards so I had something soft to land on when I fell off the back seat

Agreed! Marketers try to make you out as a bad parent unconcerned with your childs safety because you don't shell out all your money for a certain product.

When the moon is in the second house....and Jupiter aligns with mars....then peace will guide the planet..... Yeah, I don't buy into snake oil and magic beads, but more power to ya
