You cant even force them to take a breath test, how are you going to force them to take a blood test? Anyone pulled over for DUI can refuse a breath test, and as long as they refuse to breathe and they get a lawyer they have a chance. I think there is a license suspension for refusing to blow (may be wrong on that).

You people will complain about anything. You know why there are a lot of cops in the Hiram area? One, Hiram has a small city "area" and a good sized department, and it is also patroled by the State Patrol, and Paulding County, so yeah if you add in the Dallas cars passing through there are a lot of cop cars in the area, but if you aren't doing anything wrong you won't get a ticket. I lived in Hiram for a while, and never once got pulled over anywhere in the area. I know some that did have frequent run ins with the police, but guess what, they were doing illegal things.

I haven't seen it, but apparently in the past he has had seizures when coming off binges. He needs help, but I can't make him do it. It's taken me a long time to realize that there is nothing that I can do to stop his cycle. I thought he had hit bottom a couple times, but he hasn't. Either he figures it out or his body will give out.

The only alcoholic I've been around would go through some severe withdraw problems after coming off a long period of heavy drinking, I watched him come off about a 3 week binge of heavy vodka drinking about 3 years ago. I sat with him for 2 days, he couldn't/wouldn't go to a detox. It was the scariest thing I've been through, I didn't know if I should call 911, lots of vomiting, chest pains, sweats, etc. But he lived. He also didn't give up drinking. It's no different, and that is the dumbest thing too. We serve people alcohol and expect that they will be responsible people and not drink and drive. Like drunk people have good judgment. Sorry, drinking and driving is a touchy thing for me. I think there should be mandatory breathalyzers on cars...and guns for that mater.

I used Computaught....I didn't think it was a very good online e-learning tool. After doing computaught I was hesitant at doing any kind of online course, but did my paralegal on line, and it was MUCH better. I wouldn't waste my money on online real estate school. Go to the class.

My suggestion is go to the classes. I did online through Caldwell Banker, and I couldn't pass the tests to get out of the class. I have never gotten a flu shot, and the only time I have ever had it was when I was in college and living in dorms. My older daughter got a flu shot this year since she is in daycare, however the daycare directors son got a flu shot this year and still got the flu TWICE. I'm sure that I will come across as a racist, but I just don't understand the African American culture and churches. It seems to me that many see it as a way to make money and live a lifestyle, and has little to do with the actual word of God, not saying that doesn't happen in white churches, but it seems like a good bit of the white churches that I've been associated with have very humble, not flashy pastors and pastors wives.
