My son really enjoyed taking choi kwang do, and I liked watching him participate. However, it did not calm him down or teach him discipline. If anything, I noticed he was more hyperactive. He would do his little kicks and stuff all over the house...attempting to do flips, etc. He hasn't stopped. That was a year ago...
