I am so beyond thankful for and impressed by the Paulding County ESEP Pre-k, I happily voted yes. Good things are happening in our schools, I see them. They just don't get talked about enough.

I'm looking to buy outdoor curtains for my front porch. I'm doing a front porch makeover that is long overdo. My hubs and I searched all over Hiram yesterday with no luck. Walmart, Academy Sports and Home Depot all showed that they had them in store on their web site but no, they did not. I called Lowes on Dallas hwy to see if they had any before driving out there and the lady on the phone said they did. I drove all the way out there to find that she was WRONG. My sister lives in walking distance of downtown villa rica. She absolutely loves it. There's always something going on and they have great restaurants. It's a shame we can't have that in Dallas.

I was in the first grade. It was our class field trip, we flew out of Hartsfield to Jacksonville, wandered around in the airport for a bit then flew back. I haven't been on a plane since. I'm terrified to fly. I'm scared of heights and I have control issues. My daughter will be taking her first flight to London next summer at the age of 17 and I am already (quietly) freaking out. I had a nightmare about it last week.
