It would be nice if everyone could afford to send their child to pre-k. But sadly, MANY can't. I can, and will be sending my kid to a private pre-k as I did with my daughter. I don't have an issue with the hours being cut but I hope it stops there. I would rather my child attend kindergarden with children on his education level. I don't want my kid being held back while while others are still learning their ABC's. and when I say MY I also mean yours. We should want all of our kids to have a good and equal start. My daughter has been the size of some adults since 3th grade. She's been 5'8" since 12. I honestly can't remember the last time she sat in a booster. It should depend on the child and it should be left to the parents discretion. I wonder if the government is in cahoots with carseat manufacturers?

I can't imagine taking my children on a trip through unfriendly waters. It's a shame pirates are an issue but because they are I think i'll keep MY children out of harms way. Seems simple enough. Prayers for all.
