It's weird, but nobody in my family likes cereal. When I was a kid, I liked Kix. I would put a tablespoon or 2 in it and then I could scoop up the sugar lumps from the bottom with an occasional Kix ball. I never drank the milk left over like my brother & sister, even when I ate Cocoa Pebbles. I hate milk.

ok, sorry. Let me clarify...the veggie mix is the bell pepper, celery, garlic & onion. Those ARE veggies!!!! right? maybe not the garlic.

I made a creole stuffed pork loin last night. It's my favorite way to eat a pork loin. I rub the pork with a tablespoon of creole seasoning and then place it in the crock pot. then I chop a bell pepper, onion, garlic & celery into small bits and mix with 1 more tb of creole seasoning. then I cut a slit down the middle of the loin and stuff it with the veggie mix. If I remember to, I wrap the loin with bacon after stuffing it. I forgot yesterday.

He was quite the ladies man! He was always so cute. I certainly had a crush on him. I'll always remember the summer of 93, he was dating my best friend, and he & my BF were also friends. We all had so much fun together that summer. It was one of my favorite summers as a teenager.
