Yep. My DD's step-sister is in 7th grade and currently dating a 9th grader. Not THAT big of an age difference but still, a 7th grader shouldn't have a boyfriend. I got my first real boyfriend at 14. I got really hung up on him and as a result had a less than fun teenagehood. I was always worried about what he was doing instead of my own happiness and fun. I think it's easy for younger girls to get so wrapped up in a guy that she loses her identity. Kids need to find out who THEY are before they commit themselves to another person. The news keeps showing her mom at the vigil last night. It is absolutely heartbreaking to see her lose it like that. I woud be the same way. This story is so horrible.

I had the same thought. Also, I think MOST people do NOT check sex registries. I'm assuming the parents down the road who let their elementary aged daughter walk up & down my street alone never have. Because if they had they would know there's a child molester right down the road, near the bus stop. It's unfortunate and maybe a bit negative but I truly believe there are more idiot parents than smart parents out there. or maybe half & half.

I agree, IMO her voice has always been lacking. Madonna is famous for her image and shock value, not her talent. I'm sure she puts on a good show, so does Brittany Spears. I don't dislike her, I just never understood the hype.
