It will take time. You will always feel the loss but you will get stronger. We lost our daughter 12 years ago. She was born with downs and a bad heart she died at birth. I make my lasagna with a bechemel sauce home made it makes it very creamy and delish! I make my own sauce no bottles here. It is actually cheaper to make your own sauce and tastes so much better. Good Luck

I find it very sad he is gone. I feel for his 6 children. Nobody deserves to be beat down like that. Just because he went to a Strip Club does not make him a bad person. I walk daily and do my Wii Fit every other day. I was diagnosed with Diabetes almost 2 years ago. I have never been Obese but could stand to loose a few. I eat no sweets, no bread, no dairy and nothing fried. I went from 150 to 132 in about 6 months. I am thankful I lost it slowly and have learned that a helthy lifestyle has many perks.
