This will go over like a lead balloon but I do not think at 16 kids are ready to drive. Some may be but the decision making part of their brain is not fully developed and they are still invinceable. i need some help with this one. We were a family of 6 and our water bill was never over 45 a month. Now a family of 4 during the summer and the bill is usually never over 35 or 40 Last bill was $110.00 and for that billing period 2 out of 4 were gone for 3 weeks of the 4 week billing period. Water company said the latest reading is still high but not as bad and the ending number is coorelates with the end of last month. No leaks no leaking toilets etc. what the Hell???
