I agree with you!! Its worse than any nightmare alone. You are between waking up and sleeping and I feel like I cant breathe. My son will lock my door and take my keys. I have actually found stuff when I am sleep that I couldnt find before.

The Elavil is to calm me down, Neurontin is to calm my legs and Ambien to put me to sleep. I like the Elavil alot. It calms my nerves even the next day. LMAO!! I cant imagine what I would do in my sleep if I drank!

Thank You! I take two things for the RLS one is Elavil and the other Neurontin. I wish I could find one medication to help instead of three and even then I have really bad nights. I can tell how bad sometimes by how tired I am in the morning.

I have had several sleep studies done. Had a night terror at the end of one. Those are aweful! You are not fully awake or asleep. All they could do is put me on a Bi-Pap machine which I will fall asleep with it on but not when I wake up. I use Ambien as well. Have tried them all. Also have restless legs syndrome. I have an alarm that I cant hit snooze on and gets louder the longer it takes me to turn it off. I will try the wet towel thing. I hate waking up not knowing what I have done at night.

I sleepwalk alot and it drives my kids crazy! I do the strangest things like put cheese in the toaster,take a shower and wake up with shampoo still my hair,change clothes and so much more. Anyone know someone who sleepwalks or is a sleepwalker themselves? How do you handle it?

It still hurts my heart that this happened to someone so young. I pray for peace for the family and friends. God bless.

I always told my kids that I would support them for defending themselves. My daughter was in 9th grade and came home very upset when a guy grabbed her and asked her for a bl*w j*b. I told her if he did it again feel free to kick him where it hurts. I told her if they punished her for defending herself to make sure they knew why and if they didn't punish him as well THENI would be talking to the school. Girls have to learn to stand up for themselves and not take that kind of abuse for life in general after they are out of school as well.

Its another sad day for East Paulding High School. Mason Pierce died from injuries from an ATV accident. I dont know the details. Just a friend asking for prayers for his family. It just breaks my heart that so many kids have died lately.

Lucky I would take her butt down to the sheriffs office and let them explain Grand Theft Auto to her. I had mine threaten to call 911 on me until an Officer told them that not only do they love calls on parents whose kids call for getting their butts beat he would also watch while they did it. I feel for you so much because I know what you going through and wish there was something I could do to help. I became a single parent when my kids became teenagers. So I had to deal with the issues of parenting teens but also divorce at the same time. There are alot of good people on here who truely wan

It those come to Jesus meetings they remember most. When mine turned 15 she decided to ask me why I was being such a B%%ch once while I was taking a bath. Let me tell I have never come out of a bathtub so fast in my life! I chased her nekked to her room and if I hadnt slipped she wouldnt have made it. Needless to say she never tried that one again. We laugh about it now. Whatever the punishment you have to hold to it or it will get worse.

My pediatrician at the time sent my son out for a scan and was told he would grow out of alot of it. He was very bow legged (sp) when he was a child so we weren't really surprised. I am the type of person to think the worst and it be nothing.

Usually my nasonex is all I need but today I couldnt catch my breath. Worried me until I called the Dr.
