I will thanks. That was another thing I was worried about to be honest was the effects long term of pain meds.

I will see if I can find this. Trust me I am taking every suggestion everyone is giving me to heart. There are days that I cant even bend down. How is everyone your way?? You still driving?? Is it that blue gel stuff?

Thanks guys!! I havent been to the ortho yet because I really dont want any kind of surgery. I have to get back to driving the bus soon and they are talking a back brace for while I am driving. I was totally useless when I got off the bus at the end of the day before summer. All I could do was go home a lay down. A chiropractor will be my next option. Thanks again for all your replies!!! I found out about 2 months ago that I have a low back problems and I am having a hard time with it. I have two vertabra that are out of place, arthritis with bone spurs between the two that are out of place, degeneration in the bone and I was born with an extra vertabra in the low back. It has caused alot of pain. I have been going to therapy but it dosent seem to be helping much. I have a Tens machine that helps some and meds but I am never pain free. Not exactly dealing with this well being a single parent with two kids and two jobs. Does it get better or do you just learn to live wit

I was turned down at Helping Hands and also why I haven't come to see you Charlie because I moved into a friends house because I couldn't afford my apt anymore and didn't have any utility bills to show proof of residence to show them. I understand why because so many people need help right now.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Scarlet Indulgence made a basket ( $50.00 value) for me that I am putting in the auction at the car show. Also there will be a wonderful lady there that makes handmade beaded hemp necklaces. It will be a great time and no charge to enter a car or the show!!

Johnny is at peace now. He suffered so much but we know he is in God's arms now. Johnny was a blessing to everyone who had the pleasure to know him especially for us at New Covenant Fellowship Church and will be missed for a long time to come.
