We each have our own opinion and that is fine. We know that politicians lie and lie and lie. The way the Tsplost is worded, the politicians are limited as to what they can do to it.

That is an outright lie. Fulton & DeKalb are in Region 3, Paulding is in Region 1. EDITED to add: Paulding is the largest county population-wise in Region 1.

I saw 10 - 12 voters at the courthouse around 2:00.

Paulding may vote NO, but I suspect the other counties in Region 1 will see the benefits of the Tsplost and vote YES.

Yes, housing was cheaper in Alabama and many of the folks that sold out in Paulding moved out there.

LPPT, Paulding County was always CONSERVATIVE and DEMOCRAT until the invasion beginning in the late '60's. The politicians changed parties to get the invaders votes because the invaders always voted REPUBLICAN and out numbered the local population. Truth be told, a Courthouse was needed as the old one was too small. A courthouse was planned to be next to the new Post Office in Dallas, but that got changed by Shearin & Company. A BOE building was needed as the old one needed many repairs, but strangely, the old BOE building is still being used today. An airport built by Federal Funds
