Judge Valbuena will remain the Paulding County Chief Magistrate after a re-count of Tuesday's Republican run-off was conducted earlier today. The vote spread remained 8 votes. congrats to Judge Valbuena!

NOW THE CITY OF DALLAS NEEDS TO RELEIVE STINSON OF HIS DUTIES AS WELL. GET HIM OUT OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS, HE IS NOT GOOD FOR OUR COUNTY, AND MUNICIPALITIES.

good....he is an arrogant, waste of tax payer dollars...I had traffice court, waited to talk to him...he wouldnt drop the bogus charge, and even told judge plumley that I would win in a jury trial! Also, wasnt he suppose to help remove an illegal bill board on 278, but, was never avl? What a joke....now kudos to the mayor and city council!

Dont have an answer for you in all the races...but here are a couple of thoughts Bill Caruth is a bad public speaker, but, a great campaigner. The folks in the district 19 house seat have had a tough time raising funds, as I am sure is true to many other candidates making it difficult to get a message out. Paulette is working...the others are working to dis credit here, more than campaigning as to their issues, and why they are running. well....at anyrate what scares me is the fact that Hardison is the Dallas City Judge, which to me means, you go through dallas, get a ticket, get beaten by a bad cop....you have a little judgeee that will sid there....certianly not what we need for magistrate judge.

Hey Cobb Transplant- who did you vote for? I hope it wasn't Brian Hardsion who represents Bad Cops. Look Up Waddell vs. The State, from 1996...Hardison was wanting to overturn the conviction, or lesson the time for a bad deputy that paid off another imate (for cigarettes) to beat a person in the jail waiting on bond....do you want a judge that represents bad cops?

to my knowlege the sanctions were dropped by the acuser....this boiled down to an angry defendant that lost, because Martin Respresented his client well. If I got in that situation, I would choose Martin to represent me....When you go to court, you want to win...when you don't you get pissed....thats what this was, but you can google it, the sanctions were dropped.
