What gets me is that she kept saying "Its not like I'm a criminal". How does she figure? She is here illegally..sounds criminal to me. I feel bad because she was thrown into this mess by her parents, and I'm sure after growing up here it would be hard to return to Mexico when she turned 18 and "do it right". How did she get into elementary school? Middle school? High school? And we are cramming classes full and laying off teachers. Hmmmmm.

My 12 year olds chore is laundry, so I dont find his clean clothes in there....as for the 10 year old...yep, clean in the dirty, and dirty in the closet!! It makes me mad, but makes his brother even more mad!

Although, I dont want my child being hit at school, parents shouldnt encourage bad behavior by pointing fingers elsewhere. It takes away from the true problem. If I was in the Moms shoes, AND the teacher did in fact hit my child, I definately wouldnt let my child know that I even spoke to the teacher about it. Blaming others does NOT take away the fact that you did something wrong yourself.

IDK--you have over 2000 posts on here!!! I multitask between Pcom, FB, and real life stuff like kids, baseball, work, gardening, housework, etc etc, etc.

I play because it's theraputic for me. I dont send things to people that dont play, and sometimes feel guily when I post things for others to use/profit from, because I know how annoying it is to me for other things I dont play. I hate when people send me requests for things I dont play. It is summer though, and I want to play in my real garden, so I'm falling miserably behind in my virtual world!! I will say thought, when you send gifts, you can send to Farmville friends only. If you ever accepted the farmville to see what it was about, you will be on this list. I made that mistake

Ours was cancelled. I'm probably wrong, but I think the county will close the parks with bad thunderstorms, but if its just rain, its the homefield coaches that cancel. Sorry you had to be out there. Maybe its supposed to be a "priviledge" for the military?? So they can easily state that they have an issue that can be regarded in certain situations. I dont think many would want it. Waste of energy and money.....that could have gone to helping them instead. Are we going to change our law enforcement/incarceration policies for people that are claustrophobic (sp?) too? I would hate for an officer to get injured or worse, because they couldnt cuff someone because of this.

I agree...go to Tunica. Its worth the drive. We went to Golden Moon in Philadelphia, MS a couple months ago. There are only 2 casinos, owned by the same people. The slots were very tight, and it was pretty run down. The restaurant in the "Golden Moon" at the top of the hotel was not in use, the elevators scared me, the water fountains outside werent working, etc. It seemed they were letting the place go.
