I did a yard for a gentleman who's tenants had grass in the back yard about 3-4 FEET high!!! And if you've ever cut grass that high, you know it takes about 4-5 runs to get it all cut, since it just lies down with you the first time around. Really nice fellow though, and I think he has more yards for me to do. I got's me a nice "redneck" tan today. Needless to say, it was GOOD to get back in the shop and fix some mowers. I'll probably feel like a train ran over my butt by tomorrow. Wow!!! Hard work. But hard work is GOOD fer ya! (especially for an old man like me! ) Meanwhile, business p

And one more thing to the OP....I've heard every reason in the world (hormones in milk/water, and plethora of other things)..whatever it is, girls DO Develop faster and more ...uh....larger than girls I grew up with in the early 80's of high school. Their bodies grow much faster than their brains do, so I just do the math...and keep on being a hard-ass dad! -

I have to agree....I keep a SHARP eye out on the boys who come over here. My daughters are very pretty girls (hey, they took after mom! ) However, they often put on the bikini's and lie in the sun when they can. My own MOM even laid out in the sun. Granted the bikini's they wear now have less fabric in them these days, but they lie on the back porch so no one can ogle them. Boys will always be boys. I can't look my 18 yr old in the eye and say you can't wear a bikini, no can I? Sure...I'm a dad, and it rips my guts out....not just the bikini, but the fact that are no longer my little girl -

I know....so, you have to ask yourself.....a few questions. I've been married FOREVER....porn is superficial, unless your SO is in it with you.

If you are with At&T then god help ya!! IE is a necessity for updates....but not for browsing.

I would think that after a few trips to the Nudie Bar, he'll figure that out- at much expense. Internet will NEVER take the place of the real thing.

Sure....you can find anything...gross! I don't know if it's because I'm 46, or because I married my high school sweetheart at age 20....or that I have TWO teen daughters. To me, it's not going to kill a marriage. My advice would be- get the kids OUTA the house....buy your gal/wife a nice bottle of "whatevershelikestodrink", pop in a risque movie and cross your fingers!!! Nothing wrong with spice in your life!

I know....if I stop paying my mortgage now, I should still have this place by then before they evict me. Sorry folks...I should know better than to spew all this negativity. I've always prided myself on seeing the "bright side" of things, keeping the faith that things will get better. So, I apologize to anyone who I may have "brought down" with my comments. But, like I said...I'm on the back-side of 40, lost my 25 year career, and for some reason, business has just sucked for two weeks. I've had to lay off my secretary until things pick up, and it just gets grimmer by the day. It felt goo -

Not just today for me....the past TWO weeks. Almost NO mowers, and ZERO money in my account. I've got a mind to just close shop and move back in with my mom and dad. They can come get my house, for all I care. I'm too old for this crap. The kids are grown, so what's the point in trying anymore? I think I may have been the only one who was actually looking forward to that apocalypse this past weekend. Damn!! -

You may have to just skim around a little. It's been a while since I registered, and I think recalling it was a little tricky finding out how to get my address in there. This is a great service though, and it covers everyone within 1 mile of where you reside. Warning...it's gonna be scary! -
I cut my front yard with this mower yesterday evening, and it PURRS like a kitty! I also have SEVERAL other outdoor items for sale. Weed Eaters, Riding Mowers, etc.

I subscribed to it about 2 years ago. It keeps you updated on foreclosures in your area. My little street is now up to FIVE homes. And there isn't that many homes on my street. The S/D behind me is totally marked all over with bank owned homes now. I watch these numbers go up about once a week. All you have to do is register an email to get updates. This site was suggested by Clark Howard, and while it is very informative, it's also very scary watching these homes go back to the banks in such high volume. Here's the site if you care to register: http://www.epropertywatch.com/

Crap happens, as long as we're fallible. I'm sure the kid either slept well, or tore the house up!
