Just woke them on the probability of going to school. Checked here in various places, the boe website, facebook, and WSB. Man, if they wait until after 7, I, well, my kids too, will be grumpy.
-
So, do I wake the kiddies or not?!?!?!?

I maybe confused too. I was talking about "Pa" Walton too aka John Walton played by Ralph Waite, not John-boy Walton played by Richard Thomas. Ralph Waite also plays Gibb's dad on NCIS

Thank you.

I understand. I called my son who left not too long ago. He is fine. Maybe the op can give vehicle descriptions... Prayers sent.

So, the police should just beat the Hades out of whoever they have determined guilty. Why bother with a court of law....save the taxpayers some money.....they are doing everybody a favor. Right? Unless they have made a mistake, but that's ok. They will get it right next time. Hey, but that's ok. They put themselves in the line of danger in a job they chose knowing the potential risks involved. That obviously gives them the right to punish us because they think we deserve it; whether we actually do or not. While we are at it, just announce marshall law and let them do whatever they

Just trying to understand what I just saw and heard. Acknowledging that we didn't see anything prior to what happened on the video tape (so we don't know if it was violent or if the suspect was considered armed) or why he was considered a suspect (was he just seen in the area, committing the crime or simply ran when he saw the police). All we do know is that he was "considered a SUSPECT". Oh wait, I forgot, "Guilty, until proven otherwise." Obviously he ran, ran into a moving car and flipped over it and landed on the ground. I never saw him fighting back. Because he was a SUSPECT g

Thank you. If you can distance yourself from the "offending party", even if for a little while, it allows you to calm down. I am better now, but I do understand and can relate. It's been a challenge at times. I take "one second at a time" most days. I also don't tell myself it will get better (or worse -- the fates always seem to be watching)....I just know that no matter what, it will be different. Might only be a subtle difference, but difference just the same. You are not alone.

Haven't read this topic, but I just know I am dealing with this type of thing at the moment. I can't add anything positive because I am at my wits end. Stupid stuff that should never even be considered an argument, becomes what feels like a knock-down, drag-out. (No actual physical actions, but my head tells me different.) Too cold to walk like I used to. Now too dangerous, too cold, and too many people and responsibilities. But that is what I used to do. Walk, for miles even. I miss those days terribly sometimes. Esp. right this second......

Yes, there was a gsp talking to the driver of the suv

It did look bad. The little car "apparently" rear-ended an SUV that stopped further down. The cars front end was caved in. When I initially saw the accident, the little car was just sitting there, a vehicle was parked behind it. But no one was standing outside of any of the vehicles. I thought that was odd. I came back through and the ambulance had arrived, officers, etc. were "checking/working" on the individual in the car. There was a stretcher out, but I don't know anything else. I hope everything came out ok.

I am curious what the actual traffic violation is? Was there any other issues that were not released?

i remember seeing discounts for educators somewhere, it was for savings on tickets and on-site properties -- not sure if the campground was included. When you get to the gate, tell them it is your first time visiting, and you get a special button to wear. You will be surprised at the extra benefits you will get while wearing the button, especially the kids. For snacking, their are corn dogs and pretzel stands everywhere for decent pricing. You can also bring fanny packs loaded with sandwiches in baggies, or a diaper type bag and rent a stroller for the week (pick it up each morning a

That was cool.

Southside medical center --- income based medical and dental treatment. Most of their services are $40, some free. Just walk in and bring 2 or 3 of our last pay stubs or last tax return, etc. You can make an appointment, but it can be 6 months out. Best to get there around 8am and even then you have to wait 2 to 3 hours wile they fit you between appointments. Closest locations are either windy hill road or over near turner field. southsidemedical.net
