I am tired of getting those blame emails saying I owe money, I won money, etc. saying I need to send somebody money in a foreign land. Is there no one I can send this to so they can be stopped, prosecuted, etc. Bringing God into it ---- Hmph This is the latest one (note the wonderful spelling):

I think that is half of it. The ability to be anonymous yet able to voice an opinion that may actually be listened to. The only real consequence is offending someone that they will probably never meet. It actually provides enjoyment to some. Heck, some go looking for it. Most of the time it is due to misinterpretation of what someone is really trying to say. We can't hear the voice, see where the accent is, hear the tone (unless it is all caps), see the body language conveyed. It's not a novel that literally explains everything and draws you in. It's all left up to our imaginatio

I don't support it, but I'm not against other people who want it. The issue I do have is people being denied rights simply because they are considered a non-family member. Some people have friends that are the closest to a "family" member that they will have. I just don't think the whole thing is a "homosexual" issue. I think it should go beyond that.

Not a saint. Most of the time, I keep on walking. If I have it available I'll share. Like I said, it really is to make ME feel better. If it truly was an intention to help someone else out, I should follow through and make sure they got REAL help. As for the lottery winnings, I seriously doubt it but you never know. I would be happier hearing they dropped it in the church plate or donated it a shelter or something (at part of it). A few weeks ago I was driving the company truck. Some kids were seeking donations for a ball game or something. I donated $10 instead of the usual $

"safety" check point 3 weeks ago, near the crossroads / 381 while coming home from family vacation at 2am. The same 'ol routine, flashlight in the eyes, seat belt check, tag up to date, etc. No, it was not "announced". One on ridge road about 6 months ago, 10pm Perhaps you do not travel late at night?

Exact reason why I changed my mind about letting my K daughter ride home after I dropped her off on 1st day. I wanted to look the driver in the eye so they would know she was my kid and where she lived. Course it doesn't always work. A few times my kids have gotten on the wrong bus, but PC school have always brought them home safe, but late. Yesterday she was late, but the bus had a "technical" problem before it could leave with the kids. Best part, the school answered on the first ring and had all the right answers. Kudos!

Sorry, when I give out money, I honestly do it to make myself feel better. I don't go checking to see how they spend it. That's on them. I hate strings and repercussions.

No, there is car information and a door opener on it. We still have it. No clue who to attempt to contact.

Watched a show eons ago about a kid who had an orange juice addiction or allergy, something like that. The kid had violent episodes until the orange juice issue was discovered. Probably not your issue, but you never know.

If in the last few days you were in a lawn mower shop and lost your keys, pm me. I think the owner may need a wheelchair. Left them on the counter, and no one has asked for them. Thought I would try here. I hate losing things.

Georgia Name Change Link Looks like it costs $39.95. The above site lists the laws and such.

I have a relative with a child diagnosed with Autism. His grandmother called me when the child was about 3 and asked if it was normal for a child to run full blast into walls repeatedly at that young age. At home, they were used to his erratic behavior and thought it was normal. For them, he was all-boy. I was always cautious when he was around my youngest at the same age. He thought nothing of ripping a toy away from her. The boy is one of the smartest youngsters I have met. Already reading larger books, doing well in math, heavy into science. He's just "different". Easily

Mrs. Allene Jeanette Wilson "Ganny"
Jetsmom replied to Funeral Director's topic in May they rest in Peace
Rest in Mrs. Wilson. You will be missed. -
Boy - Girl ... It didn't matter. Tried to get it over in the morning. I learned that it's best to eat while sitting up and stay that way for awhile to better keep the food down. I wouldn't hardly eat anything with sharp edges (especially crackers). Painful memories. Lasted most of the pregnancies.

Oh, how sad. I enjoyed both of these actors. May they rest in peace.

Had plenty of lightening, thunder and rain near Ridge. Had to run outside and take care of windows in the middle of the night.

It is Wednesday-1st day of School Good Morning

Just did my annual 1st day of school drop-off. Buses begin for us tomorrow. Kinda sad leaving my kindergarten child. She's my baby. Every thing went smoothly though. Traffic not too bad at all. -
My link I think they have as much a right as any group who is opposed to the anti-immigration law. Alabama's law is said to be one of the "harshest" in the land. I would be concerned about church members facing criminal charges for participating in food kitchen or assisting with shelters. The church has often been known as a safe haven and sometimes a place of asylum. This law could possibly strip those rights away from the church.

I recommend a flip phone (less butt-dialing). Also, go ahead and get unlimited texting.

Sued By People Who Rescued Her From Flaming Car
Jetsmom replied to onekidmom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I know the Good Samaritan Law protects the people assisting from being sued, but I never thought about the good Samaritans suing the victim. Since their actions were voluntary, I don't see how they can win. I mean, if they had contracted a disease due or were injured in a bomb blast because of the victim's illegal acts, then I could see it. I think it would open a bad door if they do win. -
We bought the first one at the HS. Never saw it at the Middle and Ele. schools. I figured I'd buy online anyway.

Hubby suggested a large truck versus small car can do some serious damage. I also thought it was a rear-end accident with the backseat getting most of the damage. The whole thing is too sad.
