I will agree that we need discipline, but between parents and the government, that is just about impossible. It is a shame, too. If the students were disciplined at home , this would help. I feel so sorry for teachers and principals. Teachers can't teach all way down to elementary, because of the lack of discipline.

I think my child is getting a good education at SPHS. She did good at SPMS too. You know the students have to do their part. The teachers cannot do it all, they cannot cram it in their head. Of course she was in all advance classes in middle, and AP and Honors in high school. We have some wonderful teachers and they care about the students. And guess what, we don't have sagging pants!!!!!!

Have you talked to Ms. Fracker, I know her as a very understanding. As I said before East has changed a lot. I can see that she would want a academic school. If I were you I would go to her and get her opinion, no harm in doing it. I have found out in the many years I have been involved in school (or anything) sometimes it pays to go to the person in charge.

I will have to say I am very proud that we chose to go to South. I think it is a very good school. I have been very satisfied, just about everyday I hear something good that has happened there. As far as East, they are not what they used to be. I know because I have been here all the time. At one time they were the powerhouse of the county. You know schools change that way. Now that we have the feeder teams \, we should see some good high school teams. I can also bet you that somebody is going to get in trouble.
