That would probably work, but there would be a lot getting free books that did not deserve to get them free, just like free lunch.

They have to keep changing everything, so all the people at central office can have something to do. Plus all the extra ones they have in the schools. I say let you all teach. As far as books are comcerned, they keep adopting them and putting them in the book room. They don't use them, so why adopt them. Goes back to central office, they have to have a job.
