That is it they have to have those things and their vacations. That is one of the reasons they don't buy the clothes. I worked at an elementary school and I saw what they wore. Not the kids fault. Like I said some folks need to get their priorities in order. Also not many people have common sense any more. So somebody has to look after these kids.

You have to consider, we are not equipped to handle this weather, because we seldom have it. It would not make sense if prepared every thing for this kind of weather. A lot of these students that have to ride the bus do not have the right clothes for this weather. Their parents won't go out and buy them just for a day here and there, or they can't afford to do it. I know we have a lot of folks from the north, but that is the way it is here. For instant, we don't know how to drive in the snow, because we don't have it that often. So you live here now, a

Years ago, I worked in Atlanta.I got a new boss, so I told her by the way, I don't come to work when it snows. She replied, I don't either, it only last for one or two day, and it is not worth getting on the road. That is true , it usually only last for one or two days.

My belief is you can make a work place what you want it to be. I worked for 59 years, so I have some experience. If you have a good attitude, at work every day possible, on time and as my parents taught me, give a good days work for a days pay. This goes a long way.
