How much stuff do you anticipate to be throwing out and what does it consist of? You might consider getting a bagster. They hold a lot of stuff. I used one when I remodeled the downstairs.

The question would be who's income are you using to get the mortgage? If your hubby has spotty credit and he will be the income source you will probably not be able to use a traditional mortgage broker like WellsFargo (yes you can use names in the thread). You could go out to lendingtree.com and apply there and see what offers you get back. Your not obligated to take any of them. Are you or your hubby a veteran? Don't use either one but you have to look at price comparisons for the channels that you want and will actually watch. Also if you would really use the genie and hopper that much to make it worth it. Not really a necessity, but it matches the other appliances. When we go places we usually end up taking my car and it will need new tires sometime this year. I just want to get new rims also. I am getting a "bonus" from work so was going to use that money since I worked hard for it. Of course she wants me to use it for something else that would benefit her more then me.
