The DA is just doing his job. If he never presented the case to a grand jury what do you think people would say then? This is why we have grand jury's. It is their job to take an independent look at the evidence and determine if there is just cause for an indictment. Even if the grand jury does find just cause for an indictment and it goes to trial the prosecution would still have to prove that Stewart intentionally killed the kid which is going to be a long shot. At best they could charge him with involuntary manslaughter. If they do not indict then expect a civil suit.

Not sure how comparing something from 1959 to something from 2009 is really much of a comparison. Consumers do a better job or "regulating" things then the Government.

Actually it is more like the Republicans agree with Obama's plan, sort of, and the Democrats are wringing their hands not knowing what to do. They have to support their Man yet they also have to be against any type of war, especially one that has no end in sight and ESPECIALLY since it is obvious that Obama "ended" the war in Iraq to soon and GWB was right all along. Two words, front load. I have a set of Kenmore's that are about 15 years old also. I recently noticed that the washer does not agitate like it is suppose to. The wifey told me it has been like that for a long time but I never had to wash my own clothes till now so was not aware. Anyway going to be looking for a new set also and front load is the way to go. Easier to load and unload. I see no need for all the various fancy settings that some of the higher end models have. All it needs to do is wash and dry.

Admittedly I have not been following any of this airport fiasco but why did they build the airport in the first place if not to commercialize it? Wouldn't commercializing it be a good thing?
