  1. People who are opposed to the airport seem to be forgetting one major fact. The airport is already there. It's not like they are opposing a future project. Where were they when the commission was voting to build the airport? Seems that would have been the time to oppose something. Since they are against using something that already exists and cost the county millions of dollar what is their proposal for using the existing facility? Let the weeds grow on the tarmac? Since the airport is already there and not going away anytime soon why not use it to generate money and jobs for the
  2. It's hard to find any good chat rooms anymore. Or for that matter chat rooms in general.
  3. HE washing machines does not have agitators. You know that thing in the middle that goes back and forth and pulls you clothes down under the water. The HE washers still slosh your clothes around but the method of cleaning is by spinning back and forth so the clothes rub against each other and the side of the tub. The reason they are High Efficient is because they use less water. With an old agitator type if fills the water up based on what size you select small medium large. The water will fill to a particular point regardless if there is 1 article of clothing or 100. An HE washer is
  4. Someone hacked the emergency broadcast network.
  5. Hitting the sauce kind of early we are.
  6. Better get it soon. Those are going by the way side and replaced with the HE ones that do not have agitators.
  7. I learned recently that FTW does not stand for F$%k the world. I think FML has that part covered already.
  8. Bought some agitator dogs yesterday and put them in, easy peasy, washer works like a champ again for going on 15 years. Fortunately that is only the second repair I have had to do. First repair was the lid switch because someone dropped the lid closed. That was a little bit harder of a repair job but thank goodness for YouTube.
  9. Or sit in Atlanta traffic for 45 minutes, long baggage claim lines if you checked baggage, 2 hour waits at the security check point during peak hours. Plenty of reasons why Paulding would be more continent depending on where you need to go and what your needs are. It would be a good location for a start up commuter airlines. But Delta would probably try to just run them out of business because they do not like competition. People drive to Alabama to get cheaper flights then Atlanta.
  10. my bad, now I see that is what you said. Selective reading.
  11. If Delta and other airlines where smart they would see the Paulding airport as a great opportunity to expand their commuter service. They could easily setup commuter flights to surrounding states and it would be more convenient for people to come here instead of going down to Atlanta just to catch a puddle jumper to a neighboring state. Not to mention they could probably keep their costs lower then if they used Hartsfield. A Delta rival would be stupid (IMHO) not to jump at the opportunity.
  12. Wait, you've never seen Bonanza before?
  13. Maybe it's just me but wouldn't being informed about deals made by a blind trust sort of negate the whole point of having a blind trust in the first place? The whole point of having a blind trust is so you don't know what deals and decisions are being made. The blind trust does what it feels is in your best interest but it is not the trusts job to investigate whether someone owns back taxes or not before making a sale. Maybe you should ask your girl Michelle why she keeps running an ad with a photo of her and GHB when the Bush camp as repeatedly as her not to use the photo.
  14. As reported in the video Gov Deal's finances are controlled by a blind trust. blind trust nounNorth American noun: blind trust; plural noun: blind trusts a financial arrangement in which a person in public office gives the administration of private business interests to an independent trust in order to prevent conflict of interest. Under the trust, the owner does not know how the assets are managed.
  15. Surprised they could built it right next to the lake like that. Awesome backyard space.
  16. Good point. Actually we bought a washer, HE top loader, last weekend at sears but the wife checked the reviews sfter we go home and said they were not good so she cancelled the order today which started the search over again for a good washer. Since you mentioned repair I decided to take a closer look at the issue and googled it, turns out it is a pretty common part to go out, agitator directional cogs. Easy fix too. I already took the agitator part off and sure enough it is just the cogs that need to be replaced. Lucky for me I work near Town Center Mall so I should be able to j
  17. I could be wrong but the face is part of the body. Those body razors are junk, they don't work very well on other body parts.
  18. Time to get a new washing machine. Agitator does not agitate just sloshes the water around. Front loader or top? Seems there might be a smell issue with the front loaders. But for smaller people they are easier to use.
  19. It is surprising to say the least how search engines and google work. I build scale models as a hobby so I might be looking at models on amazon or some other website that I normally purchase my stuff from and next thing I know the exact kit I was looking at shows up in a ad on a totally different website. I was searching various sites for washing machines yesterday now all the ads today are for washing machines.
  20. Glad you got your cat back but I seriously thought this was going to be about beer.
