Normally yes as long as someone is willing to pay the bill. -
Jail must be very different than what I think it is.......

Everyone in jail or prison has access to mail and phones. Then you would not be on that jury unless you perjured yourself to get there. -

Ehhh.....did everyone not already know that was their target? Clothing is not just clothing to many, in many cases the brand has an image and it is part of their identity that they portray to the world. It has been that way for decades and always will be. I don't see why people get offended just because they said it. I never bought it, never will, but I understand their business practice. -
I would be miserable at 80. I also never play the "how long can I hold off until I turn the AC on" game. It is there for my comfort and I use it in that manner. Set it at a comfortable temp and leave it.

I can only assume it is being ran by a 3rd party on the outside.

There is no double jeopardy in this situation. She was convicted, her verdict was overturned on appeal which was overturned on another appeal. That sets the slate clean for a new trial. Double jeopardy comes into play when you have been found innocent of a crime. If you go to trial here where you get convicted and a judge later overturns the verdict on appeal you can be tried again. It is common practice. However, if a jury finds you not guilty it is over and double jeopardy applies. There is a distinction in a trial verdict and what happens on appeal.

Many seem to get their CSI information straight from the tv show. In the real world fingerprints are not that easy to obtain. If the surface touched is porous instead of smooth, dusty, moist from dew or if the touch involved motion all you will get is a smear. Don't believe me, watch a real show like the First 48. Watch them absolutely destroy a car they know an offender spent hours in and recover nothing but smears. If you have a burglary for example and you know the suspect touched a specific window or glass item then by all means print it. However, just going and printing everyt

Powder Springs Residents Want to Lose Hiram Zip Code

Strange... it is simply a mailing address and doesn't really have to match where you live. Millions of people don't even live in a city. -
You dug up a year old thread for that?

Could be anything...possibly just a controller board to the ports is gone. I would do a factory reset and if that does not fix it just buy another router.
-
You have a router problem. You could try a different port but I bet it is a hardware problem with the device itself.
-
Using both cables?
-
I bet the router is going out. I would start at square one. Look at the device list...5 components. Yyou should have a modem------cable 1--------router-------cable 2--------PC. I would hook modem----cable 1----PC and test the internet. Then hook modem------cable 2-------PC and test the internet again. If it connects both times that eliminates 4 of the 5 devices and leaves you with the router
-
There is usually a pin switch on the bottom you must depress for several seconds. If not you could look it up online if you know the make and model of the router. However, before you go that route I would make sure you can log into the router from the PC using the browser. Resetting it will clear all the settings for your wireless which would make the laptop not connect. Have you ever logged into your router? Normally you would type something similar to 193.168.1.1 into you internet browser which brings up a box for a 'user name' and 'password'.

Cat6 can be used to replace a Cat5 cable. Have you did a factory reset on the router to return it to default settings?
-
If you used the cable that originally connected the PC to the router when you plugged directly into the modem and were able to access the internet then the modem, cable and PC are good. That means you could have a bad port on the router or a settings problem. Since you had wireless internet through the router to other devices you know the modem and cable between the modem and router are good. If you hooked the modem and PC together using the cable that originally connected the modem and the router then the other cable is still suspect. Your problem is downstream of the router port and

Who needs other people when you can hold a conversation with yourself? -
All of them have that. For example, many of the 'unlimited' data plans will get throttled at a certain level.

Just because you got a "hey you might want to look at this guy" does not mean you can actually prove anything. LE does stuff like this daily with inconclusive results, it is a routine part of the job. -
...and he was cleared after fully cooperating with LE including consenting to a search of his residence. There is a reason he was labeled a person of interest and not a suspect but that never keeps people from jumping the gun.
-
Looks like it is bank owned now...has a big chain on the front door.
-
Nothing in state law makes shooting a gun illegal in a 'residential area'. There are a few specific laws such as shooting near a roadway, while intoxicated and on anothers property but the rest is covered under simple reckless conduct laws which require a deliberate and knowing unsafe act. That being said....if a person is shooting a gun on their own land in a safe direction or with a proper backstop it is not illegal even of you are in or near a subdivision or 'residential area'. It is a common complaint made to LE that simply isn't illegal in most cases.
-
Not really....the overwhelming majority work just as intended because most people fear the comsiquences of getting caught which persuades them to break off contact. Common sense tells you it will not work 100% especially on someone who is intent on murder. After all they know the punishment associated with that crime is the harshest we offer so they are logically not concerned with the punishment for violating a PO.
-
It's a criminal act but the severity of the charge depends on the exact conduct. As for the potential punishment or even going forward with prosecution, like any other charge it depends on dozens of other factors.
-
Well I guess that would depend on how many you randomly have contact with. My son had a 7th grade classmate and I also know of a 12 and 13yo in the past 3 years. I guess it evens out.
