We're in a new "old" house with well water. Can those of you who have well water give us some info? ANY info would help. There're no water lines run on our road, so that is not an option. Water pressure is very low. Where do we have it tested for safety and info regarding washing clothes...is it hard or soft or do we add something when washing? Does anyone drink theirs? Hopefully, we can adjust to this!

what about the birth mother??? could she have gotten him back after having lost custody??? just plain odd.

I would be furious at whoever PUSHED MY CHILD INTO THE WATER; that is NEVER acceptable behavior with young children. I hope I would have yanked him out, sat him down, and then yelled at him for doing it. The spanking & cussing were bad, but I'll bet he was scared and furious at the dangerous behavior of your child and the safety of his own. Too bad, he reacted as he did, but we don't know exactly how any of us would really react, in that situation of our child being pushed into water. after the seasonings, we press a slice of pineapple into the top and wrap with a strip of bacon, toothpicked on.

one empties our hummingbird feeder by climbing rail on deck and reaching over to dump it; I moved it farther away from deck rail and that has ended the raiding. One also "emptied" our bluebird house of the eggs.

I've dealt with this, with a top loader. I now use bleach, with my white loads, about every other time. If I miss a few loads, the mildewy smell in the towels returns. I don't let towels sit more than 2 days, before washing, so I know that wasn't the problem. It must be water sitting in the bottom of the washer. Don't know, but I DO know what I do works for me...BLEACH! regularly
