No offense intended, although I'm sure some will be taken so I'll apologize from the outset. I'm not an expert of course, and I can see a few darker round areas on a shingle here and there, but can someone explain to me exactly why a few little marks makes someone feel they deserve to have a new roof. If there were scores of shingles missing and it was disgusting I could understand, but a few little marks and you want a new roof? Does it leak because of the hail?
