They really do need more parking, for sure. We were at Douglas Wellstar hospital today and there were NO parking spaces for the hospital, had to park at the Dr's offices to the left. I can picture a parking deck in the near future. They will have to charge for parking, to cover the expenses of the construction. Which, I heard years and years ago that the man who donated the land to build the hospital on, done so as long as the hospital agreed to "never" charge for parking. I bet that will get blowed out of the water, in the next 2-5 yrs.

We use to eat at Carollo's, before it changed to Magnolia. They had the "best" and biggest Red Velvet cake, it was the best I have ever eaten. When Carollo's burned down, (years ago) it never reopened. When whomever rebuilt, it opened as "The Magnolia Cafe" and now it's burning, WOW. Bad luck, huh?????

Hubby called the tax commissioners office today, was told that this was NOT going to happen buuutttttt, I have seen the web site and it shows otherwise. Who knows what's going to happen with the the way things are going.

I think we pay enough in property taxes to get this free service from the internet!!!! I mean this is just a bit over the top, on the pricing!!!

Hair spray (cheap or expensive) works, if you do it right. Spray it on the ink (as in ink pen ink) spot, let it set for a few minutes, scrub with a toothbrush or fingernail brush and then wash out with cold water. If it doesn't come out, (which it usually does) try it again. Ink from jeans fading onto white or light shirts is a different story. Try washing in cold water and putting about 1/4 cup of table salt in the water, it's an old wives tale. It used to work when Mom did this many moons ago.

Nope, not mine. I wipe down my phone, steering wheel, car door handles AND my car keys with the germex wipes quite often, along with my hands!!!! At home, I always wash my hands after using the toilet.

We were on one of our vacations a few years ago and we saw a man driving down the expressway, during the morning rush hour traffic. He was eating a bowl of cereal and milk, Had the bowl in one hand and the spoon in the other hand and he had the steering wheel with his elbow, between bites. I called 911, as he was NOT paying attention to the traffic and was told it was NOT against the law, they couldn't do anything. We hurried up and got away from that car!!!

Wells Fargo is not a good source. I hear "horror" stories (every day) from people that use WF!!!!

We use Suntrust Bank and we have our accounts linked together, they charge you a fee for transferring money...... basically a "transfer fee" of $10 or more. We are very satisfied with Suntrust bank.
