She just picked at her cake, my other Granchildren cried, they didn't like the yucky feeling of the icing on their hands. My daughter made most all of the decoration, except for the stand up Mickey on the right of the cake pictures. She did it with her Cricut. It was very pretty!!! I said "I think", because I was not sure but, I do know that with the DFCS, there is a cartain age. However, I think 11 is tooooo young!!!

I think The Dept Of Family & Children Services say that the age is 13. The police may say there isn't a certain age but, the Child Protective Services says there IS a certain age, at which you can leave them at home alone and/or with a younger sibling. Or, they will be on you like flies on stink, if reported.

Hi, I am a Case Manager at Helping Hands, I Volunteer 3 days a week. Ninety nine percent of the staff at Helping Hands is unpaid volunteers, including myself. I do this out of the goodness of my heart, I just enjoy helping people. That's just who I am!!!!!!! Fresh Start was a program funded by United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta. This program didn't have ANY income requirements however it did require the applicant to provide a lot of information. It was a Federally funded program and they asked for specific information to insure that they applicants were "in need" and that they were legal U.S.
